Amazing service from Ruth, as always! This holiday was a long time coming, after needing to postpone from earlier in the year, but it certainly didn’t disappoint!
I'm sure we would have had to forfeit the money for the holiday when we needed to cancel/ rearrange back in March if it wasn’t for Ruth. Due to her personal relationship with the hotel, they honoured our booking and let us move it to later in the year!
So a big thank you for helping us sort it all out during what was quite a stressful time for us!
We finally travelled to Thailand in December with a five-month-old baby and we had quite possibly the best holiday we’ve ever had. The hotel was incredible! Thailand definitely stole a bit of our hearts.
