I’ve booked several trips with Ruth now - from Thailand and the incredible Elephant Hills to Abu Dhabi and, most recently, a fabulous stay in Dubai at the superb Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

She’s always so helpful with ideas and suggestions, including where best to stay to make sightseeing easy and get around comfortably. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she’s always on hand, whatever the time of day.
