"Ruth takes the time to go through all options with you" – Toorna

As we had a family wedding in Seoul to attend this summer, we thought we’d break up the journey with a holiday in Bangkok and Koh Samui. Ruth was brilliant in organising all the logistics.

We live in France and usually book our own hotels and flights but with all the transfers, internal flights and various international flights to organise, it was so much easier for Ruth to do it for us! Totally stress-free and easy.

What I really appreciate is that she (patiently) takes the time to go through all options with you and get the best prices she can find. It feels like she is really working hard on your behalf.

Additionally, as Ruth has recently moved to Bangkok, she has some great insider knowledge of where to stay and go – and even came by to say hello and take us for a drink. She also organised a surprise cake for our wedding anniversary.

The hotel choices that she suggested were excellent (Cape House Hotel in Bangkok and Melia in Koh Samui) and we crammed in everything we could: visits to Wats; tuktuk rides; stuffing our faces with street food; shopping at markets; diving; snorkelling; an elephant sanctuary; massages and enjoying the Bangkok skyline from Thailand’s tallest building.

We had the best family holiday. Thanks again, Ruth!
