Ruth provides a very personal service and is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to all things Thailand related. She is an excellent travel agent. Her communication is great, and we really appreciated the extra lengths she went to, to ensure our holiday went without a hitch.
Whenever we needed to contact her, she was always prompt in replying and made sure that everything was as it should be with all our bookings and internal flights.
We are grateful for the extra care Ruth took with our booking and look forward to her booking our holiday next year.
