This was the first time I have used an independent travel consultant to organise a holiday but as it was a special multi-centre family trip to Borneo, I wanted to make sure I was getting something that met all our needs.

She was super quick in getting ideas together and even when we had to change the date, she quickly changed the itinerary to accommodate us.
The trip was everything we could have asked for and we created family memories that we will treasure forever.
