We booked a trip to Jamaica (Hilton Rose Hall) with Ruth and she couldn't have been more helpful in helping us choose the right accommodation.
She made sure we had the correct room type for our family and explained all the relevant COVID rules in place at the time. It also helped that she was the cheapest price anywhere.
